well equipped apartment attentive staff great location confusing address expensive parking long day
I found the apartment well equipped. It had everything needed utensil wise. The staff were SO friendly. The location was great.
The text message about the address was confusing. I drove the block trying to find it. Parking two blocks away and then paying a LOT for overnight parking was CRAZY! It is not the hotel's fault necessarily, but I do not want to drag bags after a long day.

poor soundproofing loud music
The street noise was pretty intense. it easily penetrated into the room. The soundproofing wasn't great. i heard music and trams clunking, also people in the corridor and the room above me walking around with bare feet.

in-room laundry easy access prompt request
the in-room laundry was a definite plus. the location allowed easy access to various points of interest. staff promptly addressed my twin beds request, which i appreciated. i found the apartment configuration well done.
the absence of readily available detergent and softener for the in-room laundry was a slight inconvenience. i would have liked to see these items consistently stocked without me needing to ask.

the location offered easy access to circular quay. rooms were lovely with great facilities. i found the location handy and close to wynyard station.
the coffee machine was broken and old. the tv seemed outdated to me. i also found that the fridge was full of beverages for purchase, but there was no space for my own food.
